PURPOSE: A cell penetrating peptide is provided to be applied to human body without side effect and to diagnose various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A cell penetrating peptide has a first amino acid sequence(V), a second amino acid sequence(S or T), and 3th to 10th amino acid sequences(ISKKRKRR). The peptide has an amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-6. A method for delivering a cargo into cells comprises a step of contacting the peptide with the cells. A vector contains a nucleic acid encoding the peptide.본 발명은 세포막 투과용 단백질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세포막 투과용 단백질을 이용하면 부작용의 우려 없이 임상적으로 인체에 적용할 수 있고, 여러 질병에 관한 진단 및 시약 개발에도 활용할 수 있다.
