PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant tea having almost the same flavor as that of tea obtained by an ordinary tea drinking method.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an instant tea passes through an extraction process of obtaining an extract from a raw material, a drying process for drying and powdering the extract and a process for mixing and/or granulation after that. The method for manufacturing an instant tea includes performing the drying process by a plurality of different drying methods, mixing and/or granulating dried powders having finished drying processes by the plurality of different drying methods and mixing products obtained by the plurality of different drying methods.
