The present invention relates to pesticidal composition comprising of Diafenthiuron, Pyriproxyfen and at least one insecticide. The present invention also relates to the method of preparing the said composition, comprising of Diafenthiuron, Pyriproxyfen and at least one insecticide,wherein insecticide may be selected from Acetamiprid, Bifenthrin, Fipronil, Flonicamid, Spirotetramat and Tolfenpyrad.The present invention also provides a method of controlling or preventing pathogenic damage or pest damage in a plant propagation material, a plant, parts of a plant and/or plant organs that grow at a later point in time with the use of present pesticidal composition.
