PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly observe a form of a blood vessel or the like present in a position on a projected three-dimensional image corresponding to a position on a functional image when making both the functional image and the projected three-dimensional image be displayed.SOLUTION: A medical image display controller includes: a functional image generation part 11 generating a functional image representing a function of a subject based on three-dimensional medical image data a projected three-dimensional image generation part 12 generating a projected three-dimensional image representing a form of the subject based on the three-dimensional medical image data a display control part 13 making the functional image and the projected three-dimensional image be displayed and a designation position information acquisition part 14 acquiring information about a prescribed position designated on the functional image.
