A shoulder joint rehabilitation device which enable a patient whose shoulder joints are injured to draw figures or words on an induction plate by grasping a sliding plate. When the patient draws figures or words, voltage signals will be formed on each conductive sheet and will be transmitted to a processor, and then the processor will estimate and transmit the control signals to a sound control unit for playing the predetermined music or encouraging audio contents. Thereby, the sliding motion can relax the shoulder joints and improve the flexibility of the shoulder joints of the patient, so as to achieve the object of rehabilitation.
