The present invention relates to a semi-automatic knot suture, comprising: a suture needle being inserted into a suture site, in which the end thereof is sharply formed； and a suture thread, which is connected to the suture needle, and provides a suture tension while tightening the suture site, wherein a portion of the suture thread has a knot hole to independently knot a corresponding portion.
