PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which hardly damages the hair, can impart a straight hair shape or a curled hair shape semi-permanently or permanently, can easily remove hair from a heating rod after treatment and prevents tangling of hair during rinsing.SOLUTION: There is provided a one-component or a mult-component hair cosmetic which comprises the following components (A) to (D).
