In the method for cultivating ginseng, a plurality of non-woven containers are produced, each of which is shaped to be relatively longer in one direction and relatively shorter in the other direction in top view and having opening in their upper part； place soil substrate in each of tube and plant the ginseng seedling along the longitudinal direction of tube so as to allow seedling axis to be in inclined state； and place plurality of tubes on multilevel shelving in such a way as to arrange sides of growth of the seedlings outside.
