PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant useful for reconstructing a knee that has sustained a rupture or tear of an anterior cruciate ligament.SOLUTION: The implant has first and second opposed members connected by a replacement graft. The implant 100 has a distal end 102, a proximal end 104 and a longitudinal axis 106 extending therebetween.
