PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fermentation treatment of garbage and extraction of nutrient contents from the resulting compost in parallel with the growing of vegetables by hydroponic culture.SOLUTION: The planter includes: an extraction tank 3 for fermenting garbage and extracting nutrient contents from the fermented product； a hydroponic culture planter 1 for growing plants； a pump 4 for pumping water from the planter 1； a first flow passage for introducing the water pumped from the planter 1 by the pump 4 to the extraction tank 3； and a second flow passage for introducing the nutrient contents extracted in the extraction tank 3 to the planter 1.【課題】生ごみの醗酵処理および得られたコンポストからの栄養分の抽出と、水耕栽培による野菜の育成を並行して実施する。【解決手段】生ゴミを醗酵させ、醗酵物より栄養分を抽出する抽出槽３と、植物を育成する水耕栽培プランター１と、プランター１より水を吸い上げるためのポンプ４と、ポンプ４によってプランター１より吸い上げた水分を抽出槽３へ導入するための第１の流路と、抽出槽３において抽出された栄養分をプランター１へ導入するための第２の流路を備えるように構成する。【選択図】図１
