The present invention relates to a system and a method of surgery guide. The surgery guide system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first virtual model generation unit generating a first virtual model including a first bone fragment virtual model corresponding to a first bone fragment of a patient before surgery, a second bone fragment virtual model corresponding to a second bone fragment of the patient before surgery and a coupling relation between the first bone fragment virtual model and the second bone fragment virtual model； a second virtual model generation unit generating a second virtual model including a third bone fragment virtual model made by deforming the first bone fragment virtual model based on a user input, a fourth bone fragment virtual model made by deforming the second bone fragment virtual model and a coupling relation between the third bone fragment virtual model and the fourth bone fragment virtual model； a position tracking unit matching a real coordinate of a composite including the first bone fragment and the second bone fragment of the patient with a coordinate of the first virtual model and the second virtual model and tracking the position of the composite including the first bone fragment and the second bone fragment of the patient during surgery； and a position output unit outputting an error between the first virtual model and the second virtual model where the position of the composite including the first bone fragment and the second bone fragment of the patient during surgery is reflected on the basis of the position tracking result.
