The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions having analgesic and/or anti- inflammatory effect comprising the combination of diosmin and hesperidin, and the use of said composition for the treatment of pain e.g., moderate to severe pain, chronic pain, and/or neuropathic pain. The main objective of the present invention is to provide a composition comprising the combination of diosmin and hesperidin, both natural products, in treating neuropathic pain.La presente invención se refiere a composiciones farmacéuticas con efecto analgésico y/o antiinflamatorio que comprende la combinación de diosmina y hesperidina, así como el uso de dicha composición indicada para el tratamiento de dolor, por ejemplo dolor moderado a severo, dolor crónico y/o dolor neuropático. El objetivo principal de la presente invención es proporcionar una composición que comprende combinaciones de diosmina y hesperidina, ambos productos naturales, en el tratamiento del dolor neuropático.
