PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a PTP sheet in which a printed code can be precisely read.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 50 includes a first conveyance part 52 for conveying a belt-like first sheet 14, a second conveyance part 56 for conveying a belt-like second sheet 15 applied with a polyvinyl chloride resin 34 on a rear surface 36, a first roller 71 which has a first recess 76 and is brought into contact with a surface 31 of the first sheet 14, and a heated second roller 72 which has a mesh-shaped protrusion 80 and is brought into contact with a surface 35 of the second sheet 15, and also includes a bonding part 70 for bonding both sheets 14 and 15 by holding both sheets 14 and 15 with both rollers 71 and 72 to melt the adhesive with heat of the second roller 72, and printing part 90 for printing the code on the surface 35 of the second sheet 15. In the first recess 76, an elastic member 78 softer than the first roller 71 is embedded.
