The present invention relates to an ice cream wafer and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing an ice cream wafer includes the steps of: (a) preparing an edible container which is in the shape of a pipe having both open end portions and includes at least one vent hole formed thereon, at least one separation wall or a cross-section shrinkage end portion which is formed on the inside of the edible container, a first closed space unit and a second closed space unit which have insertion holes and vent holes formed on an outer circumferential side of the edible container, and a preliminary cutting line formed between the first closed space unit and the second closed space unit (b) filling soft ice cream sequentially or simultaneously through openings of both end portions of the edible container at pressure of 0.3-0.5 kg/cm^2 for 2-5 seconds (c) filling the soft ice cream through each insertion hole of the first closed space unit and the second closed space unit at pressure of 0.3-0.5 kg/cm^2 for 0.5-2 seconds and (d) placing confiture fruit as a topping on the openings of the both end portions of the edible container to close the openings.
