For the useful utilization and active control of entity of harmful organisms located on the ocean floor of littoral sea, sea urchins are collected in the ocean floor and provide appropriate feeds to produce sea urchin roe from sea urchins which are bred by feeding certain amount of feeds through medium fish preserve onshore. Through feed supply, it is possible to increase an added value of harmful organisms, thereby being able to create values as a fishery resource rather than as harmful combat organisms, being able to restore diversity of fish stocks in littoral seas, and thus realizing an import substitution effect and industrialization through export of sea urchins in which a consumption market is established and sea urchins are increasing every year by stable production and shipment throughout the year.우리나라 연근해의 해저에 분포하는 해적생물의 유용한 활용과 적극적 개체 조정을 위해 해저의 성게를 수집하여 육상에서 중간 축양을 통해 일정의 사료를 공급하여 사육한 성게에서 성게알을 생산하기 위해 적절한 사료를 제공한다. 사료공급을 통해 해적생물의 부가가치를 높여 해적 퇴치생물이 아닌 수산자원으로의 가치 창출이 가능하고 연근해의 어족 자원의 다양성을 회복할 수 있으며, 연중 안정적인 생산과 출하를 통해 소비 시장의 구축과 매년 늘고 있는 성게의 수입 대체 효과 및 수출을 통한 산업화를 구현하고자 한다.
