PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid deodorant disinfectant composition excellent in disinfectant effect and having high deodorant performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid deodorant disinfectant composition containing (a) a specific quaternary ammonium compound having a hydrocarbon group having 8 carbon atoms, (b) a specific quaternary ammonium compound having a hydrocarbon group having 8 to 12 carbon atoms, (c) a specific amine oxide, (d) a specific polycarboxylic acid or a salt thereof and water with (a)/(b) mass ratio of 0.1 to 10, (b)/(c) mass ratio of 0.1 to 10, the total of (a) and (b) of 0.1 mass% to 1.0 mass%, and (d) of 0.01 mass% to 1.0 mass% in terms of an acid type.
