PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bisymmetrical squeezing massage device which can be used only by hand and has a simple structure. SOLUTION: Both symmetrical pinching and massaging instruments are integrally injection-molded with plastic, and the massage instruments have a plate-shaped main body 11 with a slightly raised center, and symmetrical support legs 12 are provided at four lower corners of the main body. Thus, an inverted U-shaped cut 13 is formed between the two support legs. A plurality of massage protrusions 121 are evenly installed on the bottom surface of the support leg, and the handle 14 extending upward is connected to both sides of the main body, and by grasping or placing the handle, the massage instrument can be easily operated.
