SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a cell assembly structure for arranging plural cell aggregation lumps 2 in a culture vessel 3 which stores a culture liquid, for producing a cell assembly structure (adhesion pad 4) in which the plural cell aggregation lumps 2 are cultured and mutually fused.
