The present invention relates to a marine plant transplantation device for transplanting marine plants which have already grown to another submarine area because of landfill, reclamation, and land development. More specifically, the marine plant transplantation device includes: a vertical prevention plate which prevents the device from being pushed by water waves on soft bottom soil； and a joining means including a joining bolt, which is joined on hard bottom soil. Therefore, the marine plant transplantation device has a loss prevention function of enabling roots of marine plants, especially seagrass, to be planted on a predetermined location by preventing the device from being pushed on both of the soft bottom soil and the hard bottom soil.본 발명은 매립과 간척 및 개발로 인하여 이미 성장된 해양식물을 다른 해저 지역으로 이식하기 위한 해양식물 이식장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 연성저질의 수중파에 의한 밀림을 방지하는 수직 방지판과, 경성저질에 체결되는 체결볼트를 포함하는 체결수단을 통하여 연성저질과 경성저질 모두에서 수중파에 의한 밀림을 방지하여 해양식물, 특히 잘피류의 뿌리가 지정된 장소에 쉽게 안착할 수 있도록 하는 유실방지기능이 구비된 해양식물 이식장치에 관한 것이다.
