PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that can accumulate tablets supplied from a tablet supply part and powder medicine supplied from a powder medicine supply part in an accumulation part without connecting a supply passage of the tablets to the supply passage of the powder medicine.SOLUTION: A medicine packaging device includes a tablet takeout part for taking out tablets.
