A collapsible bottle for enteral feed has a thin-walled body extending axially from a base to a neck and having a front, a back and two sides that define a width dimension of the bottle. The body has a shoulder region adjacent to the neck, a hip region adjacent to the base and a waist region therebetween and the circumference of the bottle in the waist region is less than the circumference of the bottle in both the hip region and the shoulder region. The bottle is provided with hinge columns that extend between the hip region and the shoulder region at the sides of the bottle. The hinge columns provide the wall of the body with a region of increased stiffness in the axial direction while facilitating bending of the wall about the hinge column.La présente invention concerne une bouteille compressible pour l'alimentation par voie entérale qui comprend un corps à paroi mince s'étendant axialement d'une base à un col et qui comprend une partie avant, une partie arrière et deux côtés qui délimitent une dimension de la largeur de la bouteille. Ledit corps présente une région d'épaulement adjacente au col, une région de hanche adjacente à la base et une région de taille disposée entre celles-ci et la circonférence de la bouteille au niveau de la région de la taille est inférieure à la circonférence de la bouteille à la fois au niveau de la région de hanche et au niveau de la région d'épaulement. Ladite bouteille comprend des colonnes d'articulation qui s'étendent entre la région de hanche et la région d'épaulement sur les côtés de la bouteille. Lesdites colonnes d'articulation confèrent à la paroi du corps une région de rigidité accrue dans la direction axiale tout en facilitant la flexion de la paroi autour de la colonne d'articulation.
