A fluid control valve device is provided for controlling whether to push fluid located in a soft tube or not. The fluid control valve device comprises a frame and a pair of valve plates. With the frame, an opening is defined and a pair of longitudinal guide slots is formed, in which each longitudinal guide slot has an upper end and a lower end opposite to the upper end. The valve plates are arranged on the frame and cooperatively engaged to seal the opening of the frame, and each valve plate includes an arched stop part. Each arched stop part defines an opening opposite to that of the other one. The valve plates are pivoted to each other and rotated about a rotational shaft that is moveable between an upper end and a lower end of the longitudinal guide slots. The valve plates are moveable between a closed position and an open position relative to the frame. When the valve plates are in the closed position, the openings of the valve plates face to each other in opposite direction and an aperture formed between the two stop parts is exactly utilized for sealing an inner diameter of the soft tube.
