PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy needs for a protection system for protecting components from a benefit agent for avoiding possibility of decomposing the benefit agent such as preformed peroxy acid before use in capsulated preformed peroxy acid and a product containing such a capsule.SOLUTION: There is related to a composition having a benefit agent capsulated by a first layer containing a capsule agent capsulated by a second material and having pH of 6.5 o 14. The capsule agent contains a shell and a matrix composition and the shell capsulate the matrix composition. The matrix composition has pH of 3.5 to 6 and contains a matrix network material and a matrix benefit agent core.
