A sleeve insertion tool includes an elongate cylindrical body having a closed distal end, an open proximal end, and an inner chamber extending from the proximal end toward the distal end. A jaw cavity is defined within the body and extends distally from the inner chamber, and a protective sleeve is receivable within the inner chamber and defines an aperture at a distal end thereof.
