PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inhibitors of diacylglycerol acyltransferase and inhibitors of fatty liver.SOLUTION: An inhibitor of diacylglycerol acyltransferase of the invention comprises, as the effective component, an oligosaccharide comprised of linked 1-10 molecules of monosaccharides, mainly of mannose, and inhibits expression of one or more diacylglycerol acyltransferases selected from the group consisting of DGAT1 and DGAT2.
