The present invention relates to a water tank system to which nano-bubbles are applied, comprising a water tank body (2) having an opening therein to improve use efficiency by generating nano-bubbles through a collision and a shear pressure applied in a process of mixing, with circulating water, air supplied while water stored in a water tank body is circulated, and having a space portion for storing water. The water tank system to which nano-bubbles are applied further comprises: a circulation pipe (3) having both ends connected to an outlet (21) provided on a part of the water tank body (2) to discharge the water stored therein to the outside and an inlet (22) configured to receive the water from the outside, respectively, and spatially connected to form a circulation path of the water； a circulation pump (4) arranged to be connected to the circulation pipe (3) to pump circulating water passing through the circulation pipe (3) from the outlet (21) to the inlet (22) through power applied from the outside； and a nano-bubble generation means (5) connected and coupled to the circulation pipe (3) to generate nano-bubbles by applying a collision and a shear pressure in a process of supplying external air to the circulating water, which circulates through the circulation pipe (3), and mixing the external air with the circulating water.본 발명은, 수조본체에 저장된 용수가 순환되는 중에 공급되는 공기를 순환수에 혼합하는 과정에서 부여되는 충돌과 전단압력을 통해 나노버블을 발생시켜 사용효율을 향상시키도록내부에 개구를 가지며 용수가 수용되는 공간부가 구비된 수조본체(2)；를 포함하여 이루어지는 나노버블이 적용된 수조시스템에 있어서； 상기 수조본체(2)의 일부위에 구비되어 내부에 수용된 용수를 외부로 배출하는 출구(21)와 외부에서 용수를 공급받도록 된 입구(22)에 양단이 각각 관접되어 공간적으로 연결함으로써 용수의 순환경로를 형성하도록 된 순환관(3)과； 상기 순환관(3)에 연결되면서 배치되어 외부에서 인가되는 전원을 통해 상기 순환관(3)을 경유하는 순환수를 상기 출구(21)에서 상기 입구(22)측 방향으로 펌프하도록 된 순환펌프(4)와； 상기 순환관(3)에 연결되면서 결합되며 상기 순환관(3)을 순환하는 순환수에 외부의 공기를 공급하고 혼합하는 과정에서 충돌과 전단압력을 부여하여 나노버블을 발생시키도록 된 나노버블발생수단(5)；을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 나노버블이 적용된 수조시스템을 제공한다.
