The present invention relates to a disposable syringe prevented from being reused. More specifically, the present invention relates to a disposable syringe prevented from being reused, wherein the disposable syringe has a means for inhibiting the movement of a plunger to prevent a further operation of the plunger after a medicine is applied by using the plunger, so a reuse of the disposable syringe can be fundamentally prevented. To this end, the disposable syringe comprises: a cylinder having a syringe needle installed in one end part thereof, and having an opening part formed in the other end part； a housing for covering the other end part of the cylinder, and having a penetration hole formed to be opposed to the opening part of the cylinder； a unidirectional entrance unit formed in the penetration hole of the housing to have elasticity, and having a pipe path formed toward the opening part of the cylinder from the penetration hole, wherein the pipe path can be widened； a plunger for generating pressure for suctioning a medicine into the cylinder or discharging a medicine through the syringe needle, and entering the cylinder through the pipe path of the unidirectional entrance unit； and a fastening piece formed in the circumference of the plunger, formed to have a diameter larger than that of the pipe path of the unidirectional entrance unit, and entering the housing while widening the pipe path of the unidirectional entrance unit when entering through the pipe path of the unidirectional entrance unit.
