The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing dissolved carbon dioxide and organic matter in aquaculture water, wherein a carbon dioxide-removing means and an organic matter-removing means are provided in a single treatment chamber； and removal of the organic matter is carried out by the pressure of air forcibly supplied in order to remove carbon dioxide, such that the carbon dioxide-removing means and the organic matter-removing means are operated by a single source of power inside the single treatment chamber. Accordingly, the apparatus of the present invention can reduce the production and operation costs of aquaculture water treatment apparatuses compared with conventional apparatuses, and can also improve the efficiency of foam separation for removing the organic matter.본 발명은 이산화탄소를 제거하는 수단과 유기물을 제거하는 수단을 하나의 처리조에 마련하되, 유기물을 제거하는 것을 이산화탄소를 제거하기 위해 강제로 공급되는 공기의 압력에 의해 수행함으로써 이산화탄소를 제거하는 수단과 유기물을 제거하는 수단을 하나의 처리조에서 하나의 동력원으로 수행하여 양식용수처리장치의 제조비용 및 운영비용을 종래보다 절감시킬 수 있고, 아울러 유기물을 제거하기 위한 거품분린 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 양식용수의 용존 이산화탄소와 유기물을 제거하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
