PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to train for catheter techniques with a feeling of being in a clinical situation.SOLUTION: In a simulated human body system 1, simulated blood 9 is stored in a storage space 11B of a simulated heart 11 and circulated, and an end of a simulated coronary artery 13 is inserted into the storage space 11B from a through hole 11E opened in an outer shell 11A and then fixed. In training for catheter techniques using the simulated human body system 1, a contrast dye discharged from the simulated coronary artery 13 is immediately diluted in the storage space 11B of the simulated heart 11 when the contrast dye is made to flow with the end of a catheter inserted into the simulated coronary artery 13, so that the user can visually recognizes an X-ray image very close to one obtained in a clinical situation without display of unnecessary piping and the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】臨床現場に近い感覚でカテーテル手技の訓練を行い得るようにする。【解決手段】模擬人体システム1は、模擬心臓11の貯蔵空間11B内に模擬血液9を貯えると共に循環させ、模擬冠動脈13の先端側を外殻11Aに穿設した貫通孔11Eから貯蔵空間11B内へ挿入した状態で固定した。この模擬人体システム1を用いたカテーテル手技の訓練では、カテーテルの先端を模擬冠動脈13内にまで到達させた状態で造影剤を流した際、当該模擬冠動脈13から排出された造影剤が模擬心臓11の貯蔵空間11B内で直ちに希釈化されるため、余分な配管等を映し出すことなく、臨床現場に極めて近いX線画像を訓練者に目視させることができる。【選択図】図9
