The invention relates to a process for treating effluents (2) moving between the inlet (4) and outlet (5) of a reactor (1), the process consisting in treating the effluents by means of a cold plasma treatment and by means of a UV-photocatalytic agent in order to produce oxidizing species for treating the effluents. In accordance with the invention, the process consists in treating the effluents with a cold plasma treatment simultaneously with the action of a UV-photocatalytic agent, the cold plasma treatment being carried out in a manner that is integrated into and located within a bed of porous microbeads (9) placed inside the reactor (1) and carrying the photocatalytic agent in order to generate oxidizing species as well as to diffuse them within the bed.본 발명은 주입구 (4)와 배출구 (5) 사이를 이동하는 폐기물 처리에 관한 것이고, 상기 공정은 저온 플라즈마 처리 방법과 폐기물 처리를 위한 산화 종을 생성하기 위해서 UV 광촉매제 방법에 의한 폐기물 처리로 이루어진다.본 발명에 따르면, 상기 공정은 저온 플라즈마 처리와 동시에 UV-광촉매제의 작용으로 폐기물을 처리하는 단계로 이루어지고, 반응기(1) 내부에 위치하는 다공성 마이크로 비드(9) 층 내에 통합되고 배치되는 방식으로 저온 플라즈마 처리를 수행하는 단계 및 산화 종을 생성할 뿐만 아니라 층 내부에 이를 확산시키기 위해 광촉매제를 이동시키는 단계로 이루어진다.
