The invention is related to an implant (1, 2) that can be substituted for the joint that is not functioning properly due to mandibular defects/unrecoverable defects. The implant enables surgeon to provide adaptation between the mandibular and implant in a short time as well as providing comfort. This invention includes a high-level implant in terms of providing both longer implant life and patients comfort, by reducing the friction, due to pressure and stresses exerted on the moving parts, as much as possible.
