PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable ultrasonic image diagnostic device which facilitates the rotation operation of a housing having a display panel.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic image diagnostic device comprises a first housing 12, a second housing 14 which houses a display panel 16 and performs rotation between the standing state and the tilted state with respect to the first housing, and a fixation mechanism 70 which fixes the second housing in the tilted state. The fixation mechanism comprises a locking claw 711 which is provided so as to be movable between the lock position for restraining the second housing in the tilted state and a release position for releasing the second housing, and a locked part 142 which is provided in the second housing and locked with the locking claw at the lock position when the second housing is in the tilted state.
