The present invention relates to a gas supply type non-thermal plasma skin cosmetic device and a use thereof, the device comprising: a power supply unit； a plasma generation unit； a gas supply path； and a housing. The gas supply type non-thermal plasma skin cosmetic device according to the present invention is a device for applying a certain amount of gas between an electrode portion including a metal electrode and a dielectric on a plane, and a grounding object having a plane parallel to the electrode portion or a gentle gradient, to induce uniform non-thermal plasma generation. The uniform plasma generated by the skin cosmetic device of the present invention provides an excellent effect of acting on the skin only at a low voltage harmlessly to a human body since the human body itself to be treated becomes a discharge electrode. In other words, the skin cosmetic device according to the present invention provides excellent wettability by discharging the plasma to the skin to modify the surface of the skin, and therefore, the application effect of cosmetic ingredient can be further enhanced by the plasma energy, when the cosmetic ingredient is administered to the skin together with the discharge treatment. In addition, the skin cosmetic device according to the present invention discharges a uniform plasma to the skin and absorbs the ingredients with higher efficiency in transdermal application, and thus, a higher effect can be obtained by using the skin cosmetic device according to the present invention even when the same amount of an active ingredient is used.
