PURPOSE: A vaccine composition is provided to effectively prevent two or more streptococcus in fishes. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine composition contains one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of: one or more strains selected from Streptococcus parauberis KCTC 11537BP and Streptococcus parauberis KCTC 11538BP； an apoptotic strain of the strain； cell lysate of the strain； and extracellular product produced from the strain.
