PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for external use on the skin and a cosmetic product for improving wrinkles. The wrinkle-improving external composition according to the present application includes 14 to 23 parts by weight of Anogaceus extract, 9 to 15 parts by weight of pomegranate extract, 4 to 8 parts by weight of palm family extract, and Solomon's-seal extract. Includes 3 to 6 parts by weight. The cosmetics according to the present application include an external composition for skin that improves the wrinkles. The wrinkle-improving external composition and cosmetics according to the present application solve the problem of compatibility between the active ingredients of the extract, suppress the production of active oxygen free radicals, suppress the MMPs activity, and improve collagen synthesis.
