The present invention relates to benzoxazole derivatives having Formula (I). The compounds of the present invention are found to possess the ability to decrease PD-L1 level, suggesting that the compounds of the invention can be used in cancer immunotherapy and treatment or prevention of sepsis or septic shock.La présente invention concerne des dérivés de benzoxazole de formule (I). Les composés de la présente invention savèrent posséder la capacité de diminuer le niveau de PD-L1, ce qui laisse supposer que les composés de linvention peuvent être utilisés en immunothérapie contre le cancer et dans le traitement ou la prévention de la septicémie ou du choc septique.
