A liposome comprising a phospholipid, a hydrophobic active comprising a carboxylate group, and a component selected from a group consisting of: a hydrophilic adjuvant comprising a positively charged group, a complex of said hydrophobic active with said hydrophilic adjuvant, and combinations thereof. An aqueous liposome dispersion comprising the liposome, and a personal care composition comprising the liposome. A process of preparing the liposome, comprising the steps of: forming a premix by dissolving a phospholipid, a hydrophobic active comprising a carboxylate group in an organic solvent； evaporating off said organic solvent from the premix to form a phospholipid film； and hydrating said lipid film with a hydration medium comprising a hydrophilic adjuvant comprising a positively charged group and homogenize the medium to form an aqueous liposome dispersion.Cette invention concerne un liposome comprenant un phospholipide, un principe actif hydrophobe contenant un groupe carboxylate, et un composant choisi dans le groupe constitué par : un adjuvant hydrophile contenant un groupe à charge positive, un complexe dudit principe actif hydrophobe avec ledit adjuvant hydrophile, et leurs combinaisons. L'invention concerne également une dispersion aqueuse de liposomes comprenant le liposome, et une composition d'hygiène corporelle comprenant le liposome. Un procédé de préparation du liposome est également décrit, ledit procédé de préparation comprenant les étapes consistant à : former un prémélange par dissolution d'un phospholipide, d'un principe actif hydrophobe contenant un groupe carboxylate dans un solvant organique； chasser ledit solvant organique du prémélange par évaporation pour former un film phospholipidique； hydrater ledit film lipidique avec un milieu d'hydratation comprenant un adjuvant hydrophile contenant un groupe à charge positive, et homogénéiser le milieu pour former une dispersion aqueuse de liposomes.
