PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weel holding device capable of holding a weel equipped with a weight and a plurality of fishhooks without being loosened.SOLUTION: A weel holding device 1 includes a weight holding part 4, a first fishhook fixing part 5, a fixing part 6, and a second fishhook fixing part 7. A weel 10 includes a weight 11, a first fishhook 2, a fishing line 13, and a second fishhook 14. The weight 11 is fixed to the weight holding part 4, and the first fishhook 12 is fixed to the first fishhook fixing part 5.
