PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment responsive aid for preventing wound disruption, which is good in preventing disruption of a wound and easy to use and attach, while enabling the treatment or the like of the wound and its surrounding tissue without being detached when the treatment or retreatment of the wound is required.SOLUTION: The treatment aid for preventing wound disruption includes: a wound-disruption preventing part 1 covering the wound and its surrounding tissue, and having wound closing force for contracting them in the wound closing direction holding parts 2a-2l for holding the wound-disruption preventing part by bringing it into close contact with the wound and its surrounding tissue and a treatment-responsive resectable part 6. Further, it has a function to have the contraction distance in the wound disruption direction accompanied by the attachment of the wound-disruption preventing part become longer than the contraction distance in the wound-disruption direction accompanied by the attachment of the holding parts. Thus, the disruption of the wound is prevented by bringing the wound-disruption preventing part into close contact with the wound and its surrounding tissue and contracting the wound-disruption preventing part in the wound closing direction with the wound closing force possessed by the wound-disruption preventing part, so as to prevent the disruption of the wound.
