摘要:
A useful model refers to surgery and can be used when stopping bleeding from the varicose-esophageal veins of the esophagus and the cardiac portion of the stomach. The device is a three-lumen tube about 100 cm long. At its end is a round balloon, and a little higher - cylindrical. Two channels are designed to inflate the above hollow vessels, the third channel is through and passes through the entire probe. The walls of the collapsed cylinders are wrapped around the probe and fixed in this position with a capron thread 0.5 mm in diameter. Weaving of the fixing thread is a modification of the chain seam and ensures its expansion when removing the locking fragment. The free distal end of the fixing thread through the hole on the side surface of the probe is immersed in its lumen. Next to the free proximal portion of the fixing thread, its loop is formed, which is part of the first working unit. Both of the above fragments are fixed by a single block with the aid of an adhesive tape, so that there is a gap between the threads and the probe. Distal to the attachment point, a colored label is marked on the filament indicating the area crossed to bring the probe into the working position. The corresponding fragments of the fixing thread are pasted with tags with numbers 1 and 2, indicating the sequence of their extraction. The proposed improvement in comparison with the closest analogue - the Blackmore-Sengstacken probe - allows to reduce the diameter of the device at the thickest part up to 0.7 cm, which greatly facilitates its carrying into the patients esophagus. The introduction of the described constructive solutions gives the following effects:1. Reducing the patients pain during the probe.2. Reducing the likelihood of damage to the nasal mucosa of the patient.3. Reduction of the time required for the probe.4. Facilitation of manipulation for medical personnel.5. Increased probability of successful probe in patients with narrow nasal passages and curvature of nasal sep
