Novel strain Burkholderia cepacia JBK9 having antifungial activity against phytopathogenic fungi, its culture, and composition containg them for controlling phytopathogenic fungi
The present invention relates to: a Burkholderia cepacia JBK9 strain (KCTC 12466BP)； a culture of the same； and a composition for controlling phytopathogenic fungi containing the same as an active ingredient. The Burkholderia cepacia JBK9 strain inhibits growth of gray mold and contains an anti-fungal active material, which is not damaged by treatment at high temperature. Therefore, the Burkholderia cepacia JBK9 strain can be advantageously used for controlling phyopathogenic fungi.본 발명은 벌크홀데리아 세파시아(Burkholderia cepacia) JBK9 균주(KCTC 12466BP), 이의 배양액, 및 이들을 유효성분으로 함유하는 식물병원성 진균(phytopathogenic fungi) 방제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 그람 음성간균인 벌크홀데리아 세파시아 JBK9 균주는 잿빛곰팡이의 생육을 저해하고, 고온의 열처리에도 손상되지 않는 항진균 활성물질을 함유하고 있으므로, 잿빛곰팡이를 비롯한 식물병원성 진균의 방제에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
