PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance operability of a height adjustment mechanism in a walking lawn mower.SOLUTION: The walking lawn mower 10 includes a height adjustment mechanism 20 for adjusting the heights of a housing 11 and a cutting blade 14 relative to a ground surface, an operation button 54c for switching/operating the adjustment action of the height adjustment mechanism from the restriction state to the allowed state, and a height adjustment grip 60 capable of being gripped by a hand so as to lift/operate the housing when the adjustment action of the height adjustment mechanism is allowed by operating the operation button. The height adjustment grip is provided near one side part of the right and left sides relative to the housing.
