Aspects of the invention provide a system for filling a pressurized tank of anaircart or other storage element while operating to deliver product to a groundengagingtool, such as for seeding or fertilizer placement. A rotary air lock coupledbetween afeeder and a storage tank includes a plurality of vanes providing pockets inbetween forholding particulate materials. The rotary air lock rotates the pockets fromthe feeder to asealed area and from the sealed area to the storage tank. As such, the rotaryair locktransfers the particulate materials to the storage tank while substantiallymaintaining apressure in the storage tank. The system may be filled during fieldoperations, and afilling or conveyor system may be controlled via a vehicle to vehicle (V2V)operation.
