PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupressure member included in a pressure band for stimulating acupuncture points and muscles corresponding to the pain of a human body.SOLUTION: An acupressure member for a pressure band is configured to determine a position according to a symptom while the acupressure members 10 are individually received in respective pockets 20 when treating while smoothing blood circulation, and only the necessary number of members can selectively be attached or detached to/from a pressure band B, and thereby finger pressure magnetic poles can effectively be applied and the acupressure member can be brought into close contact with skin. The acupressure member includes a net gauze 21 on a front surface so that the acupressure member with a large number of protrusions 11 for applying the finger pressure magnetic poles to a human body can selectively be attached or detached to/from a stretchable band, and is received in a pocket formed by bonding the hook-and-loop fastener 22 with hooks 22 being exposed outside on the rear surface.
