The present invention provides a microstructure including cross linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel and a method for producing the same. The present invention has an effect in that it is possible to produce a microstructure which is uniform and has minimized distortion since the microstructure of the present invention uses cross linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel. In addition the microstructure of the present invention which uses cross linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel has the advantages of: being able to improve aged skin tissue such as wrinkles and provide a moisturizing effect thereto easily absorbing bodily fluid within a living body due to excellent swelling properties and being able to stably deliver useful components into the living body due to having hyaluronidase stability and as a result the duration of microstructures within the living body being long.
