A neutron beam source is provided, which includes an accelerator connecting to a beryllium target trough a channel, and a filter. The beryllium target is disposed at the end of the channel and adjacent to the filter. The channel and the beryllium target have an angle α there between, and the angle α is between 0° and 90°. The channel and the direction normal to the surface of the filter have an angle β there between, and the angle β is between 0° and 90°. The cross-section of the channel is not circular.本揭露提供之中子束源產生器，包括加速器，經由通道連接至鈹靶材，以及濾屏，其中鈹靶材位於通道末端並與濾屏鄰近，通道與鈹靶材之間的夾角α介於0度到90度之間，通道與濾屏法線的夾角β介於0度到90度之間，且該通道之剖面為非圓形。
