The housing forms the body of the foot heating device. The protective net is formed with ventilation holes. The heating unit radiates far infrared radiant heat through the ventilation holes. The cradle controls the posture of the foot heating device. The support leg controls the angle of the foot heating device. The detection unit senses the posture of the foot heating device. The control unit determines the operation mode of the foot heating device.본 발명은 원적외선 복사 난방을 이용하여 난방기 또는 족열기로 동작하는 난방기 겸용 족열기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 난방기 겸용 족열기는 족열기의 몸체를 구성하는 상부 하우징과 하부 하우징을 포함하는 하우징과, 상기 상부 하우징의 전면에 설치되며 다수의 통기공이 형성되는 보호망과, 상기 하우징의 내부에 삽입설치되어 원적외선 복사열을 상기 통기공을 통해 외부로 방사하는 발열부와, 상기 하부 하우징의 배면에 설치되어 상기 족열기의 놓인자세를 조절하는 크래들과, 상기 하부 하우징의 배면 상부양단에 형성되며 슬라이드 구조를 이용하여 상기 족열기의 놓인 각도를 조절하는 받침다리와, 상기 족열기의 놓인자세를 감지하는 놓인자세 감지부와, 상기 놓인자세 감지부에 의해 감지된 놓인자세에 따라 상기 족열기의 동작모드를 결정하는 제어부를 포함한다.
