PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube for an endoscope, which allows an endoscope insertion portion to be easily introduced to an observation site deep part, allows a front end part of the endoscope insertion portion to project to a desired direction in a large space in order to perform inspection, and allows the inserted endoscope insertion portion to be twisted and operated integrally.SOLUTION: A guide tube 1 for an endoscope includes: an outer coil 2 which has a front end and a base end, has a through hole in an axial direction, which connects the front end side and the base end side, and is configured with a preliminarily determined member with priority on straightness and an inner sheath 3 which can be inserted into the through hole of the outer coil 2, freely slides relative to the outer coil 2, is formed with such a length as to have a front end side projected from a front end opening of the through hole and have a base end side projected from a base end opening of the through hole, has an insertion portion insertion hole being a through hole to which the insertion portion can be inserted in an axial direction, has a first easily bendable portion 3b1 and a second easily bendable portion 3b2 used as an integral holding portion to be restored to a preliminarily set bend shape, on the front end side, and is formed of an elastic member.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡挿入部の観察部位深部への導入を容易に行え、且つ、内視鏡挿入部の先端部を大空間内の所望する方向に突出させて検査すること、及び内挿された内視鏡挿入部を一体に捩り操作することが可能な内視鏡用ガイドチューブを提供すること。【解決手段】内視鏡用ガイドチューブ1は、先端と基端とを有し、先端側と基端側とを連通する軸方向の貫通孔を有し、予め定められた部材で直進性を優先して構成される外コイル2と、外コイル2の貫通孔内に挿通可能で、外コイル2に対して摺動自在で、先端側が貫通孔の先端開口から突出し、基端側が貫通孔の基端開口から突出する長さで形成され、軸方向には挿入部が挿通可能な貫通孔である挿入部挿通孔を有し、先端側には予め設定した曲げ形状に復元する一体保持部を兼用する第1曲がり癖部3b1及び第2曲がり癖部3b2を有する、弾性部材で形成した内シース3と、を具備している。【選択図】図1
