System zur Wundbehandlung mit Serum mit einer Vorrichtung zur Gewinnung von Serum aus Vollblut, welche umfasst:- einen Blutbeutel zur Aufnahme und zur Koagulation von Vollblut, der einen Auslass zur Ableitung der das Serum enthaltenden Flüssigkeit aus dem Blutbeutel aufweist und im Bereich des Auslasses eine Sperre zum Rückhalt des Koagulums,- einen mit dem Blutbeutel in Fluidverbindung stehenden Filtermodul mit einem Gehäuse und einem Innenraum, in dem eine semipermeable Membran angeordnet ist, die den Innenraum in einen Retentatraum und einen Permeatraum unterteilt und eine Auftrennung der aus dem Blutbeutel abgeleiteten Flüssigkeit in ein das Serum umfassendes Permeat und in ein Retentat, in dem eventuell in der Flüssigkeit enthaltene partikulärer Bestandteile verbleiben, ermöglicht.Das System zur Wundbehandlung umfasst des Weiteren ein Wundversorgungssystem mit einem Kapillarmembransystem zum Ausbringen des Serums auf eine Wunde.
