PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist sauna apparatus which keeps pores open and gives moisture by air with a high humidity from outside since the condition where the moisture is more likely to permeate the skin is achieved by a large difference of osmotic pressures on a skin surface of a human body, and enhances the retention of moisture since the moisturizing components are hardly released outside by preventing perspiration or preventing the sweat from escaping to the outside.SOLUTION: A temperature of a sauna room is controlled between 31°C as a lower limit and a human body temperature as an upper limit. The mist sauna apparatus which performs only heating by driving (S4) of a heating means in the initial period of the operation, performs mist spray (S10) after the temperature of the sauna room reaches a prescribed temperature, opens pores, and prevents the sweat from inside of the body from escaping to the outside is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】人体の皮膚表面での浸透圧の差が大きくなることにより肌に水分が浸透しやすい状態となるため、毛穴が開き外からの高湿度の空気により水分が与えられ、かつ発汗しない、つまり汗が外に出て行かないことで保湿成分も外に出にくくなるので保湿が高めることができるミストサウナ装置を提供する。【解決手段】サウナ室内の温度は31℃を加減とし人体温度を上限とする温度に制御される。運転の初期は加熱手段駆動S4による加熱のみ行い、所定温度に達してからミスト噴射S10を行い、毛穴が開き、体内からの汗が外に出て行かないミストサウナ装置を提供する。【選択図】図4
